Hi, I have gone through the process of connecting my Fronius inverter to Charge HQ - no problem. I have then gone through the steps to connect my MG ChargeHub to Charge HQ. The app now shows “Waiting for smart charger to connect” and this has not changed. Connection state shows “Never Connected” and copying ws://ocpp.chargehq.net/ocpp16/ to a webpage brings up a “site cannot be reached” message.
Can you please advise how to proceed from here?
