My Alpha ESS battery connected but had a message saying I could reconnect in ChargeHQ. So I disconnected and then tried to reconnect using the instructions of using a Check Code of 1.
This give a error of ‘Failed to send verifications code. Please check your details and try again’
Trying with the correct Check Code give the same error.
Any ideas?
I’m 100% pure the serial is correct.
I’ve just retried the connection on your account and it was successful. I suspect there may have been a service interruption with the AlphaESS API at the time.
Thank you, I tried multiply times over the last few days. 
I pickup my car this week so it will be interesting to see how it all works.
