AlphaESS not reconnecting. Software update was done by installer on the Alpha system which broke the connection, so I disconnected in an attempt to fix it and now are unable to reconnect. Have tried using the reconnection method (using 1’s for check code & verification) both on web app and mobile. “Error connecting to AplhaESS” error dialogue received. Was working perfectly prior to this.
Hi @rayrobertsen . There was an outage of the AlphaESS backend for about 26 hours. It’s resolved now, you can try again.
