Billing question

Hi, just got a message today that my subscription had been cancelled. Billing details (credit card etc) were fine. I think the problem was that I had not updated from the beta version of the app on my phone. When I updated the app today, the payment went though, except that it went through twice. Is this correct? (email is [email protected]).

Also, we have two cars (only one charging at a time). Do I need an account for each vehicle?

Hi David,

According to our billing system (Stripe) your account ([email protected]) last had a payment on 8th June 2024 and has not been billed since then. The next payment is due 8th June 2025 - your account is still on an annual plan until then.

I wasn’t able to find any other Charge HQ or Stripe accounts with a similar name, so I’m not sure which payments you are referring to.
