Hi, after numerous attempts of linking my solax inverter and battery I receive the same error.
I have even attempted to refresh the token id in solax and this has not been of assistance.
Hi @conan.piggott . Thanks for your post. We do see this issue sometimes with Solax. Retrying a few times, with some time in between usually fixes it.
If you can’t get it working, if you are happy to send your Solax login details to [email protected] we may be able to get it working. Please be sure to use a temporary password and then change it back later if you chose to do this.
