Charge HQ "not waking Tesla" message

In recent days I have been receiving repeated notifications in the app that Charge HQ is not able to wake up my M3. I haven’t changed any settings in the app nor have i had a Tesla software update for a couple of weeks. It means i have to activate charging through the Tesla app. Any suggestions for fixing this issue would be appreciated.

Hi @pflkent . You could try a both-scroll-wheel reset of the vehicle, that sometimes clears problems.

Otherwise, next time it happens, try disabling bluetooth on your phone then try to wake the vehicle from the Tesla app. If you can’t wake it, you could lodge a service request with Tesla. Although I’m not sure how helpful they will be.

There is no general increase in this issue, so it must be limited to your vehicle.

Thanks for the suggestions @jay. Thankfully a reboot of the Tesla seems to have fixed the issue. Keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way :crossed_fingers:t2::blush:
