ChargeHQ (OCPP) has locked my Wallbox

CHargeHQ Has locked my Wallbox Charger (Amber halo) and I have had to disconnect the app from the charger to charge my Kona. I am trying to Find out from Wallbox why my MID meter has stopped functioning and, following their advice I have done a factory reset.

There is a known issue with Wallbox chargers with recent firmware where they stop responding to commands via OCPP. We’ve reported it to Wallbox but they haven’t offered a resolution. Their suggestion is to factory reset the charger.

Power cycling the charger usually fixes it.

Neither factory reset or power cycling has helped. What I did find was that in re-establishing OCCP after the Factory reset I had entered a password for ChargeHQ. After rereading the ChargeHQ setupguidelines I realised that the password is not necessary. I eliminated the password, closed and reopened the app and then physically rebooted the charger. I can now charge and the fixed amber light has gone.
The MID meter is still not working. Wallbox are not very useful engines at all.

Thanks for your reply.
