ChargeHQ says "charger disconnected" though my Wallbox app says "connected and controlled through OCPP"

Hi
I use ChargeHQ+Wallbox to charge my Polestar. also have Tesla Gateway and Tesla Powerwall.
I now have the following issue:
-Wallbox is connected to wifi (Wallbox app confirms this, and says “controlled by OCPP”)
-ChargerHQ says “charger off line”
-what’s actually happening is that my car is being charged through a combination of solar PV, draining my Tesla Powerwall, plus some grid power to hit the maximum 7kV charging rate from the Wallbox. Despite I have ticked “solar tracking” on “solar only” so this should not happen

So, I have 2 issues:
1/. why does ChargeHQ not “see” that the Wallbox is on-line
2/. why does my car get charge with PV+home battery+grid??

thanks
2/.

Hi @christiaan.heyning . Your Wallbox charger has been offline (not connected to Charge HQ) for most of the time for the last 30 days. When it is offline, Charge HQ is not controlling the charging, nor is it recording any charging activity.

I can’t explain why the Wallbox reports being online when it is offline - I’ve not heard of this issue. Can you send some screenshots of the Wallbox app showing the OCPP configuration and the status?

When the charger is offline it will generally charge at max power, which is why you see it charging at 7kW.
