I’ve recently signed up for Origins Power Up plan that is using Teslas API to control charging hours to charge at favourable hours. This works well during the week as I’m charging over night at a low price.
During weekend I prefer to charge with 100% solar through ChargeHQ but find that often I catch the charging stopped and I will have to allow ChargeHQ to resume control to allow for solar only charging. I assume this is switched over by Origin…
Would anyone know any good setting I should be using to control or have ChargeHQ override other controllers to make sure I’m not missing out on valuable solar power…??
You can configure Charge HQ to override all other sources of control, including other apps and the Tesla app. But it comes with some caveats.
