I havent plugged it in for a week, just because I dont want it to charge from the grid… I only want excessive solar to go into the car. It has been charing a large portion from the grid, especially during the most expensive $ period too. Anyway to fix this? Otherwise if it charges like this… its pointless to have ChargeHQ, can you help
Hi @alphaa . The reason your vehicle charged mostly from the grid on 15/05/26 is because for some reason, the vehicle was charging at the maximum rate, despite Charge HQ sending many commands to charge at the minimum rate.
Do you have any other control system or application that might be overriding Charge HQ’s charging commands?
no. and didnt change maximum rate , now I have changed it because I have to control it manually. but before, we didnt change anything, left it at auto, if u look at the 1st image, all of them were using excessive from grid which the point of this app was the prevent that from happening, only charge with excess energy
