I am A new user and there is something with the stats. I am charging my Tesla with 7A and that is approximately 2.7 KW but the charge hq app says this is 5.1 KW? My net is 230v IT and charging with 3 phase TW charger. Are there any way I can set the stats in the app?
Hi. It sounds like you have a delta three-phase configuration. Unfortunately Charge HQ does not currently support delta three-phase charging. As you have discovered, the power calculations are all wrong. If there is enough demand we could add support for it, see Support for delta three-phase charging configuration
