I’ve recently installed a Delta AC Max and it is working fine with my BYD Seal. When I configured the charger to work with OCPP as per the instructions on CHQ’s site, the charger shows as online and available in the CHQ app, but when I plug it in to the car, it remains with the “unplugged” status and does not start charging the vehicle. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips like powercycling, checking for slashes and whitespace, etc. Trying Charge Now doesn’t make any difference.
Firmware version is 01.25.13.00. Any advice or known issues?
Hi @md.stewie. There are several other Delta AC MAX chargers with firmware 01.25.13.00 and they appear to be working normally. I can’t see any hints in the logs for your charger.
Perhaps you could try again, and note down the excact time when you plugged the vehicle in, and when you unplugged it (leave at least 60 seconds between plugging and unplugging). I can check the logs and maybe they’ll show something. Cheers.
Thanks for the reply. I have reverted the changes for now so I can continue charging. If I re-apply them I will note times and share here.
