Download charging stats in CSV format

Allow downloading of charging stats in CSV format so that users can perform their own analysis on the data.

May be useful for payback calculations and expense reports.

May also be useful for verified auditing of ‘greenness’ and CO2 emissions if the report included the proportions of solar, battery and grid components in the stats.

@paul the breakdown of energy source will definitely be included with this feature.

This feature is now live in the web app. It will be available in the mobile apps with the next release.
