I cannot add a goodwe device in Belgium ?
Systems connected to the EU sems portal are not supported.
Is this normal ?

Unfortunately Charge HQ only supports the Goodwe inverters connected to the AU SEMS portal (Australia and New Zealand). This is mentioned on our Goodwe page. The API supplied by Goodwe that Charge HQ uses to obtain data is not available in the EU region.
