I have an EV Switch charger and have never been able to get it connected on Charge HQ. It always says Connection State: Never Connected

Can you provide more info about the state the charger is in? Eg what does the charger’s configuration interface show? Is it connected to your local network and thus the internet?
Hi Jay, yes I believe I did.
It is currently connected to the Evchargo app and working correctly.
Yes it is connected via my wifi to my network.
really not sure what can be wrong.
