Hi , I am trying to setup chargers for the first time. Getting an error msg while trying to add my Tesla

‘Unable to share vehicle. Adding a virtual key for Tesla.chargehq.net is forbidden because you have not granted petals.chargehq.net access to your account “

This is the error msg
Any idea how to fix it?

@krbenny that error occurs when you try to use a different Tesla account for pairing as you used for the initial connection from Charge HQ. See this guide for details.
