New User - Trail Period - Solar option not working?

Hi Team,

I am new to the community and was advised of Charge HQ by a friend. I am in week 2 of 2 of trail period.

Context : I have a Tesla Y, Good We solar. I have downloaded the charge App and have provided permissions to Tesla Y and Good We solar. all good, so far.

What I was trying to achieve : To set the EV charging such a way that it charges only on Solar.

What I did : I selected the Solar Tracking status as ON and Tracking model to Solar Only. I have not keyed in any values to Min solar or Solar Tracking. and my set up is single phase.

What am noticing : I can see the stats of charging on the Charge HQ app. However, when I go to stats screen, i seel all Blue lines indicating that all charge is occurring through Grid and not a single Yellow representation (not taking any from solar).

Am not sure what I am doing wrong…Any input will be appreciated.

@Rajavamsi there was a problem with your GoodWe solar data feed, which appears to have been fixed as of 22 July. Please let us know if you are having further issues.

Hi @jay , im seeing the exact same behaviour using a Sungrow invertor, with my Tesla. Are there any issues with the Sungrow data feed?

NB: the CHQ app looks like it is getting the correct data

There was an outage of Sungrow data from 22:00 2024-12-03 to 01:30 2024-12-04 Sydney time (3.5 hours). Perhaps it was that?

This dosen’t look to have been captured in the System Status page.

How could you convince a trial member that this isn’t a common scenario?
