This month October 2024. Charge HQ is not correctly accounting for my Supercharger use away from home, it worked fine before. Any tips?
There is a known issue where the charge stats can be wrong when charging away from home. This happens because Charge HQ polls the vehicle less frequently when it’s away from home, and may miss the start of a charging session.
