Hi,

We have just upgraded our solar system to the new battery system from Sigenergy and their gateway. We are existing Charge HQ customers and we would love to continue our subscription with you in our new solar configuration. Hope you can make this work?

I’m also considering a SigEnergy system and keen to know if support is planned? My installer says they are really taking off on Australia and whilst they do Powerwall and BYD, most of their business is now Sigenergy.

Hi all. There are currently no plans to add support for Sigenergy batteries. If that changes we’ll update this post. Cheers.

Thanks for the response. Not sure if it helps but there seems to be a Github repo for the API which might be useful for when you look into it (assuming it is relevant).

FYI - Solar Quotes just gave Sigenergy their silver medal for solar batteries for 2025 (as voted by installers) ahead of BYD and second to joint first place Sungrow and Powerwall.

I am also looking at buying the Sigenergy AC EV charging module as part of a battery purchase. While I’d love to get their DC EV charging module as it provides bidirectional charging capabilities, it’s quite pricey.

Sigenergy’s battery is supported by Amber Electric.

Sigenergy’s EV charging modules have also just received the bronze medal from Solar Quotes for best EV charger in 2025.

Another vote here for SigEnergy battery / solar inverter support. I am enjoying using ChargeHQ, but am getting a SigEnergy battery in the next couple of weeks and am not looking forward to finding an alternative as the software works so well!

I’ve just had my 40kWh SigEnergy battery stack installed and commissioned. Would resubscribe if Sig was supported.

Another +1 from me. No idea why one of the most popular battery/inverters have no plans to be supported…?

I have just ordered a 32kWh SigEnergy battery system & would REALLY love to have ChargeHQ support this.
