Status stuck on "Charging", no Stats - ZJ Beny

Sungrow Hybrid inverter with battery / ZJ Beny OCPP charger (Ethernet) / BYD Sealion 7
System was working correctly for 6+ months.

But starting in Feb, when charging,

  1. Status display is stuck on “Charging” even though solar tracking charging is working.
  2. The Stats tab says “No charging” for the whole month.

[ We weren’t exporting 14.8 kW to the grid. About 7 kW was going into the EV. ]

I haven’t initiated any firmware updates on the charger …

Of course, I meant stuck on “Starting”, not “Charging” !!

@john3 apologies for the very slow reply. Have you tried switching your ZJ Beny off and on? Sometimes chargers get into a faulty state which can be cleared by restarting them.

SOLVED.

Turning the ZJ Beny charger off/on restored the ability to read what the charger was doing.
[ To be clear, ChargeHQ was always able to start/stop/control the charge rate. ]
