I joined yesterday and had no trouble with the setup but the app has been showing ‘Communication error: Sungrow Error polling Sungrow’ ever since I set it up so I haven’t been able to charge at all. There is no service update regarding sungrow and my inverter is online. I’m hoping this isn’t going to eat into too much more of my free trial.
