Hi, my company has a 40kW solar power installed at the facility. We wish to install Charger 3 phase Home 11 J 2.0 Fronius Wattpilot to utilize the excess solar power to charge EV. We had a chat with Fronius Wattpilot and were told that it is not compatible with our Sungrow Inverters. We use isolar cloud to track our solar usage.
I filled the form to see the compatibility between the inverter and the charger and the results were positive but I’m not sure about what it meant. Does it mean that Fronius Wattpilot Charger can work with Sungrow Inverter via charge hq?
OR
Does it mean that Fronius Wattpilot Charger is compatible with charge hq as well as Sungrow is compatible with charge hq, individually and will not work together (as mentioned by Fronius staff)?
Our office is based in Logan, Queensland, Australia.
Hope to receive a positive response from you soon!
Thanks!
