Hi,
I have a ZJBENY charger that has been installed for 2 months without any issues. Two days ago it lost it’s connection to ChargeHQ and won’t reconnect.
The charger will go into WIFI mode and I can access the charger via its IP address no worries. It is signaling that it is receiving changes to the connection options. It has a good external wifi connection.
I have tried disconnecting it from the equipment list in Charge HQ and reconnecting but no good.
I have set the network IP connection to DCHP from Static on the charger but no good.
I have tried forcing a new EVSE ID but no good.
How can I confirm the ZJBENY chargers connection to the wifi network?
Can you login to your router and find the charger as a client on your local network?
Nope. The charger is not appearing as a client.
I have tried every possible IP address for the WiFi + Static and DHCP setting. no connection
